Due to the nature of live coral, we do not accept traditional returns.
All sales are final unless covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee.
Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA)
We guarantee all livestock will arrive alive.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- You must contact us within 2 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the coral in the sealed bag
- Include your order number
If approved, we will offer:
- Store credit (preferred), or
- Replacement coral (if available)
Shipping delays or carrier issues are not covered.
After Delivery
Once corals are successfully delivered and acclimated, we are not responsible for losses due to:
- Tank conditions
- Lighting changes
- Water parameter instability
