Shipping Method
All livestock is shipped via UPS Next Day Air to minimize transit time and stress on corals and fish.
We do not offer ground shipping for live animals.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only.
This ensures packages are not delayed over weekends and reduces risk to livestock.
Orders placed after Wednesday may ship the following week, depending on weather and conditions.
Weather & Safety
We closely monitor weather conditions across all shipping routes.
If temperatures are deemed unsafe (extreme heat or cold), your order may be delayed.
This decision is made to protect your livestock — we will always prioritize coral health over speed.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Carrier delays
- Missed delivery attempts
We strongly recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
