At Sol Reef Aquatics, we specialize in live coral. Due to the nature of livestock, refunds are handled differently than standard retail items.
Livestock (Corals)
- We do **not offer refunds** on live coral once shipped.
- All livestock concerns are handled under our **Live Arrival Guarantee**.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may not be modified once placed.
- Cancellation requests must be made **before the order ships**.
- Approved cancellations may be issued as **store credit**.
Payments
- All payments are processed securely at checkout.
- We accept major payment methods supported by Shopify.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are **non-refundable** once an order has been shipped.
Non-Livestock Items (if applicable in the future)
- Unused, non-livestock items may be eligible for return within 14 days.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
